Enrolment
1. Valid only upon submission of completed forms, required documents, and payment of non-refundable registration fees.
2. Priority given to siblings of current students and returning learners.
Fees & Payments
1. Annual fees payable in 10 monthly instalments (January–October).
2. Late payments incur 5% monthly interest.
3. No refunds for voluntary withdrawals or suspensions.
Code of Conduct
1. Students/parents must adhere to the school’s discipline, dress code, and anti-bullying policies.
2. Serious misconduct (e.g., violence, theft) may result in expulsion.
Academic Policies
1. Promotion subject to passing grades and attendance (minimum 85% required).
2. Assessments, exams, and project deadlines are mandatory.
Health & Safety
1. Submit updated medical records and vaccination certificates annually.
2. School not liable for injuries during unsupervised activities.
Liability
1. Wisdom College is not responsible for loss/damage to personal belongings on campus.
2. Parents/guardians liable for costs of property damage caused by students.
Privacy
1. Personal data handled per our Privacy Policy (available on the website).
2. Consent given for use of student photos/videos in promotional materials.
Termination
1. The school reserves the right to terminate enrolment for unpaid fees (after 60 days) or policy breaches.
Dispute Resolution
1. Disputes resolved via mediation; South African courts hold jurisdiction.
Amendments
1. Terms updated annually; changes effective immediately upon website publication.
